Meet the Team
Bob Pavlich was plagued by alcohol and drug addiction from the age of fourteen to his mid 20’s. In 2005, he entered the Western Michigan Teen Challenge Program. While he was there, he gave his life to Christ and was delivered from drugs and alcohol. After graduating the program, Bob started working at the Teen Challenge Crisis and Referral Center in Youngstown.
In 2009, Teen Challenge transitioned to Ohio Valley Teen Challenge, a men’s residential center offering a one year faith-based recovery program. Bob is currently the CEO of OVTC and a licensed minister with the IFCA (International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies). His life’s passion is to encourage men to fall in love with Christ and his kingdom. Sharing with men that they can live their lives drug and alcohol free. Psalm 133 is a foundation of his strong belief that all should be united in Christ. It is the foundation of not only the OVTC facility but his life as well.
