Admission into Ohio Valley Teen Challenge is as simple as 1-2-3!
1. Call our Admissions Coordinator at 330-743-9030 ext 111, for a phone interview, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8am - 4pm or Thursday and Friday 10am - 6pm. He will ask you alot of questions, and answer any questions you may have. After the interview, he will tell you if you are accepted, and when you will start. Or, print, fill out, and mail the application form to OVTC, PO Box 807, Youngstown, OH 44501.
2. Once accepted, you will need to get a physical, TB test and results. If you have recently had a TB test, you may bring in those results as long as the test was within the past 30 days.
3.Come in on the date and time assigned, prepared to pay your Non Refundable Admission Fee of $1000, plus the cost of a TB test and sports physical (if not acquired prior to admission). These fees can be paid on-line in advance of admission by going to the donation page on this website.
It costs OVTC approximately $1500 per man per month. However, due to funds raised through donations, fundraisers, and our work experience program we are able to charge much less than similar programs.
As of January 1, 2014 we now require a monthly tuition. This tuition is based on a sliding scale.
